Incorporated in 1998, this is the group's first initiative towards technology upgradation & capacity expansion for high quality manufacturing of fabrics. The Hot-Air-Stenter operating with five chambers, temperatures of above 225 degrees centigrade, and at speeds of 100 meters per minute, it processes fabrics with 99% accuracy in terms of consistency and quality. This machine can take width up to 150 cms and is suitable for all types of fabrics like shirting, suiting, bed sheets, curtains, to add to the list. Also installed is the best comprehensive shrinking range for all fabrics produced. All fabrics are subject to comprehensive shrinking by means of a rubber blanket at high temperatures so that the fabric does not shrink after wash. This is a zero-zero machine to steam iron the fabric prior being ready to cut and pack. This again is the group's zeal for quality so as to give its customers best value for money, that such a technology is incorporated.

The plant also has a condensate recovery system that enables 100% recycling of steam condensate to be recycled back into the process thus saving enormous energy & avoiding a huge amount of wastage and making it environment friendly.
